Can you help me, please?

When I update a card in the Jira, the field resolution sets to done, even if I didn´t do it! After that, I can´t change the field again.

Is it normal?

You might be setting the resolution in the workflow post function or using an automation rule. And you probably don't have it any of the screens.

You can go ahead and add it in the workflow screens or have a reopen transition to clear it but it all depends on the workflow you want to enforce.
