Hi Ashley,
Do you remember the key/id for the issue? Do you have any kind of email that might have that?
If so, simply go to the search bar and type in the key/id and hit search - it should find it for you.
The other option is to search for it by writing a filter.
Go to the filter section and type
Project = ABC and issuetype = Epic
That will get you a list of all epics for that project and maybe you can find it.
