Help me to find out or identify or reset the admin account

Since some new members of the team are unable to join the team, we are unable to determine who the administrator of our project is. Could you please help me?

Hi @JT QA Welcome to the Atlassian Community

Jira distinguishes 3 levels of administrator-ship. From the top down, there's:

• Organizational Admin  -  in charge of product access (access to Atlassian products)
• Jira Product Admin       -  in charge of a Jira instance and project access
• Project Admin               -  in charge of project roles

Your quest is to find the top honcho for your organization if the new members have no access to Jira. You need to find the Jira Product Admin if they have general access but cannot find the project you have with your team. And finally, your project admin is listed under the project settings - users and roles.
