Help needed to remove previous users and admin account

Hello, I have an issue with user management in a managed cloud Jira account where I am trying to delete users but even when following the steps on the profile and selecting "Remove user" in the menu, they re-appear in the user list.

Another issue I have is an admin account linked to a 3rd party app which myself, as an admin, can't delete.

Hi @Matthieu Lux ,

Generally, you should be able to remove the users without any issues.

Just to check, you can try by removing the site access and by removing the user from all groups.

As you mentioned you are the admin, you will not be able to remove your own account. Make any other user as admin and then try to remove the user from another account.
