Hi ,

Given the following scenario

Epic-->Story-->Task--->Sub-task.

My epic is implemented by a ticket or issue type story and that ticket is implemented by another ticket of issue type task and that task is being implemented by another ticket which is a sub-task of the task.

I want to make a rule in such a way that,

When all my sub-task's associated with task are done, automatically the task should be  done.

When all task that implements particular story is done , the story must automatically get into done status .

When all story that implements the epic is done , the epic must automatically get into done status .

These are  my requirements.

My questions are as follows

To implement such rules should all tickets must belong to same project?
Should all tickets have same workflow?
Does the automation rule work on status or resolution of ticket ?
Can we set a rule as a turn around time to make the automatic Rule implemented
(like after 1 hour of completion of all sub-task the task must be done!)

Thank you
