Help with Kanban (cards finalized)

Hi! 

I would like a little help in the Kanban of JIRA.

Today we have a project with 3 columns to end the workflow, when I saw the reports they show that no have any cards finalized. Can you help with the settings for this?

We did the settings but maybe didn't work.

Welcome to the community.

Only the issues in the column farthest to the right will be considered "finalized".

You have to map all the statuses that represent "finalized" cards to that one column.

so I can't finalize the cards in more than one column?
Because in my project we have three options to end the issue

Correct, you can't finalize cards in more than one column.

In your board configuration you need to add all those statuses to the last column.

When you drag a card to that column, you will see each status mapped to that column. Drop the card in the area for the status to which you want to set it.
