Helper/Template on Issue creation

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I wanted that my users, when they start creating one new issue, to have a sort of helper or template already filled in the description field, so we can educate all users to write user stories with appropriate content.
Something similar to the print below. is that possible?

@Fabio_Souza You can achieve this through a custom description field. You need to set the context for the story issue type and project and set a default value. Below is the sample image of how the description field comes up by default
