Yes, the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA) is a free app, built and maintained by Atlassian, that can be installed on your Confluence Server or Data Center instance. The migration assistant is the easiest and most reliable way to move from server/Data Center to Confluence Cloud. You can read more about here.
