I have created a 5 projects and assigned different users. Right now I have 10 users in Jeera software. But I want to give permission different project to different users to access/ update status/ comment and close. Step by step guideline is required.

Rajan
Hi @Rajan and welcome to the community!
You mention you
Now I'm wondering how did you "assign" the users? Which permissions exactly did you give them?
The main idea for having multiple permissions within a project is often handled by using roles. You can assign a user to a project and grant him a specific role on the project.

Those roles are then used in the permisison scheme.

Hi,
Have done same thing via individual project setup i.e. in people tab you can give rights as per the need i.e. Servicedesk agent, admin or etc.
