Hi, I have admin rights and when I try to add users to a group, I have a lock next to the "add members to selected group" box instead of the people icon. how can I fix this?

Hi Audra!

The first thing I'd check is to verify that you have the Browse Users global permission set for your user.

(Cog Icon) -> System -> Global Permissions -> Browse Users

Make sure you're either a member of an added group, or your user has been added individually.
