Hi, I have stopped receiving JIRA notifications in email.
I found there was a suppression in our system of your account. I have cleared this from our side. You should now be able to receive notifications from our Cloud services again.

Have you checked your personal Notification settings to confirm that you have not disabled email notifications?
Have you checked your junk/spam email folders to see if the notifications have gone there?
Have you checked with your Jira Administrator to confirm Jira is configured to send notifications to you and that events have occurred that would generate those notifications?

Yes, I have checked my personal notifications and they are active.
Yes, I have checked my spam/junk as well and not receiving ticket update notifications.
I am receiving the Atlassian Community emails but not the one's specific to my project.
Also, I am on the free version of Jira.
I was receiving notifications before but have not been receiving them for some time now.
Please help me to recover this. I am losing important notifications.
