Hi!, I have two lots of Jira one called ESMS - Jira and another called AIR - Jira - is there an easy way to transfer all epics. tasks and subs task issue etc. from ESMS - Jira to Air-Jira or  does it have to be re-created mandraulically? thanks in advance !!!

I assume that these are cloud sites and you are an org admin. 

You can copy projects between 2 sites following https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/copy-jira-data/
