In scrum board, moving from Sprint-2 to Sprint-3, Sprint-2 gets deleted.

-          When we were closing sprint 2 and trying to move all open items of sprint 2 into sprint 3.

-          After this error , the sprint 2 also got deleted.

How to change setting, where previous sprint having closed items should not get deleted.

Hi Mahmood,  Are you sure that these items are deleted?  Maybe they don't show up because the query associated to the board is filtering out. If you remember any of the issue keys I recommend to use the search functionality to look for these issues.

Any issues not completed at the end of the sprint should move to the next planned sprint, or to the backlog if there is no planned sprint.
