How to create Automation rules

Please advise me how to setup the automation rules in JIRA with examples of 'Issue Created' and 'Issue transitioned'.

Hi Pavan!

I assume you mean here automations triggered when an issue is created or transitions between statuses? If so then that's the trigger you need to select.

If you're just getting started it's best to test them out in a sandbox environment or at the very least a test project. Try out some of the templates.
