Hi Support, I'm unable to install addons on my revolution site.

Can you please help me out from this situation . I have to add plugins to instance .

after clicking on install it was loading for sometime and disconnecting automatically and it was not showing any error message.

With Free there are limitations for which addons can be loaded so maybe that is the issue? Please refer to this article- what-is-the-free-jira-cloud-plan

If your instance has payment issue, plugin installation will be failed. You may want to confirm it before looking further into other reasons.
