Is your board associated with next-gen or classic project? I don’t think you can for NG but they may have added the ability since I last looked for classic try the following:
Navigate to your project
Click reports and then choose sprint report
Select the sprint you are interested in from the drop down
Select the ellipses and then Reopen Sprint
