if you are referring to how the issue key appears w/ strikethrough that is done when the Resolution is set.

The Done column may not have the resolution set if the workflow isn't setup correctly. Recently I've seen lots of posts saying the 'done' issue doesn't have the strikeout.  As the previous folks said the resolution must be set

Issues will be strike out -- when they have resolution. 

Resolution will be choosen while closing an issue as of my knowledge
