Hi team, when installing the trial JIRA Server version, after installation the JIRA application gets started but after doing activity like importing the data from another instance. Afte few days when i am trying to again access the JIRA application on my local server the application is not responding.

This is happening frequently and i have to uninstall the JIRA application, stopped the service and again install the JIRA application.

Can someone let me know why the JIRA application stops running on local host after few days.

That's definitely not expected and I'm sorry to hear that!

In order to help you, we'd need to know a bit more: is the application slow then hanging or is it crashed and not usable anymore? Either way, can you check and eventually share the latest lines from the logs? That should give you an idea of the reason behind it. Have you also been monitoring the server?

What are the exact symptoms? Can you still connect with corrupted data? etc...
