Jira service stop automatically due to unexpected error

We installed Jira software in Local server and we are facing one issue.

Issue is: Often the jira service has stop unexpectedly and each time start manually.

Note: At present we are having trial period and need to purchase once the trail period over.

You need to more descriptive about the issue.

Does it display an error message? If yes, elaborate more on the displayed error message.
