I assumed that you're using Jira Server edition, so my answer above regarded the Jira Server edition.
I've searched a bit and didn't find a built-in way to acchieve the same in Jira Cloud edition you're using.
There is a feature request for Jira Cloud edition to enable this, but it is not clear whether it will be approved and implemented.
You could add your own custom description field with this information or add new custom fields for each kind of additional information from above.
Here is also a workaround described for a similiar use case.

This functionality was added with the last Jira Data Center release 8.16.0. So you will have to update to this version if you want to use it. Take a look at this page for more information.
