Hide Comments to specific groups

We are Providing Jira Software to few third party team members and allowing them to generate reports.

But we don't want them to see the comments which are posted by our internal team.

I want to hide the comment section to them.

Is there any possibility of achieving this, Could you please help me on this regard.

Which version do you use? Version 7.3 i think and later has this feature

I am on 8.2.3 version.

While commenting we can select the role or group but we already have thousands of issues and we also want to hide existing comments.
