In Jira, sub-tasks can't be moved directly to the backlog since they follow the parent issue's status. Here’s what you can do:
Move the Parent Issue to Backlog: This will bring all linked sub-tasks to the backlog too.
Convert to Standard Issue: Convert the sub-task to a standard issue temporarily, move it to the backlog, and convert it back if needed.
Alternatively, consider using a Kanban board where sub-tasks are easier to manage directly.

Hello @Raj Gopal Mahato
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
For purposes of Sprint management a sub-task remains assigned to the Sprint to which its parent issue is assigned. You can't move the sub-tasks to sprints or to the backlog separately from moving its parent. You would need to move its parent, which will move all the child sub-tasks at the same time.
