Out of the box this can not be done. 

You can use the plugin Scriptrunner, see this question. 

Or you can solve it with this plugin 

And check this on how to do it.

Thank you @Dave Bosman [Realdolmen] .

I have tried with this:

 

issue in issuesParents("assignee = xxx")

 

The result is some parents assignee to me and some parents that the children are assignee to me.

Could I adapt this consult to my needs?
