Here we are running different versions
i.e. JIRA production is running version is 7.13.0 and Test is running version is 7.13.5
Do we need to match the versions before going to refresh the test database from production database?
Please let me know. Its an emergency !!

Hi @Mukesh_Nandan ,
It is possible to restore data from older version of Jira to a new version of Jira. This will just upgrade the data to that version.
Thus, you can export the backup from Jira 7.13.0 and restore it into 7.13.5 but it is not possible the other way around.
You cannot export the backup from Jira 7.13.5 and import it into Jira 7.13.0
