Hi team, I’m able to see complete sprint button in my jira board but not able to see create sprint button.

Welcome to Atlassian Community

As you have completed the sprint it means you should be having manage sprint permissions

Create Sprint Button is available in Backlog View. You will not be able to view it an Active sprint view.

Have to tried to look at the Backlog view bottom corner.

yes my board include issues from 2 projects. But I have the access for both the projects (manage sprint & Administrator) access. But still I’m unable to see the create sprint button.

@pavankumarbanala94 Which view you are looking for Create Sprint Button.

It's Available in the Backlog section.

Does your board include issues from more than one project? If so it may be that although you have permissions to manage sprints in the project where your jira board is located you don't have manage sprints permissions for the other projects.
