we have pay the license for CC lastcomments add on， but now the add on display "Failed to load a valid ServiceRocket Jira Utility Plugin License", what is the problem? how can I fix it?

Hi there, I believe you have two apps in place. You paid for the CCC Last Comment app but the custom field you're using is not from that app. I would recommend you to contact the app vendor to get further assistance (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/15064/ccc-last-comment?hosting=server&tab=support)
