After move from cloud to server, all my workflows were hide, but workflow schemes are present.

Hi @Sergey Sladkov

Are you able to see the workflows under the inactive section ?

You would need to assign the particular workflow to a existing Workflow Scheme and then the workflow scheme will be assigned to project.

Once you assign the workflow to a workflow scheme of your project , your workflow will become active.

To check the inactivate workflows, go to cog wheel --> > Issues. Under WORKFLOWS, select Workflows. You will see Inactive option. You should be able to find your workflow.

Thanks,

Unfortunately, both sections (active and inactive) are empty.

In "Workflow schemes" I can see my schemes with assigned workflows.

Hi @Sergey Sladkov

Are you not able to expand them? Can you try clicking on it and see if you are able to view the Workflows?

Which version of JIRA Software are you using and did the import process completed successfully ?

Thanks,
Amith Mathur
