Hi there,
I have about 300 cards in one column in next-gen project's board.
Is it possible to keep them in list, but hide the most part of them from page?
Hi Dmytro,
While quick filters do sound like the correct answer here, unfortunately, next-gen projects in Jira do not yet have this ability. We have a feature request tracking this in JSWCLOUD-17446.
There still are some limited filtering options on a next-gen boards you could still try to use to restrict the issues displayed here, such as by assignee, epic, or issue type. But these are not exactly the same as the ability to create a customized quick filter based on JQL like you can do in classic projects.
Sorry there is not a better solution at this time yet. I will work to update that document to make it clearer that this is currently only applicable to classic projects.
Andy
Hi Andy,
Thank you for your explanation. It's a thousand pities!
Kind Regards,
Dmytro

the simple solution is to have only the cards of which I am a member be visible.
So I log into a board. All the cards private. But then I see the cards of which I am a member. This is such an easy fix but I don't think it works right now. Someone help me out here.

Hi Dmytro,
Greetings for the day!
I would suggest you to create quick filters for your board. You may filter on issue type, version, component, any custom field value/s etc. (as per your requirement)
Quick Filters let you further filter the collection of issues appearing on a Scrum or Kanban board.
Please refer below link for more details.

Hope it will help.
Thank you,

Hello Datta,
Thank you for your reply, first link looks like what I need.
According to its instructions, I should be able to see board settings by clicking on "•••" button, but I am not able (please see attached list of available actions below).
Do you have any idea what have I missed?
Kind Regards,
Dmytro Skakun
