Hide a fielld

Can i hide a field in a screen for a task (example pic test 2) and appear it in anther task (example pic test 1) for the same issue type? 

Attach pictures to clear what i want.

Given in the example you show the issues are of the same type and on the same project, then no. The field configuration is applied for the issue type used
