Hello, I want to know if its possible to hide a especific project from the "Activity Stream" gadget.

could you explain a little bit what you are trying to achieve?

Do you still want to have access to the project, but don't want to see the updates in the stream? Or do you want to hide the updates for other users?

In general, you should be able to filter the content in the gadget via configuration:
