Hide issue count for Kanban board columns that have constraints

Showing the min/max constraints makes sense to me for the Kanban boards in Jira.

However, I wonder about the value of showing the Issue Count with the column name.  Unless the team has lots of work in progress, teams could tell at a glance when they are within the constraints.  The only way I can see to remove the issue count is to disable the constraints...defeating the purpose of tracking for WIP issues.

How can the issue count be removed from a column *and* still show the constraints?
