Is there a way to Show or Hide help request issue types based on groups? I would like the Petitions to be visible on a group.
@Angel Casas, i'm not quite sure what you are asking here. Focusing on terminology here in hopes it will make things clear for me...
Groups = how you group the customer Request Types, e.g. "Common Requests", "Logins and Accounts, "Computers"...
Request Types = the types under the groups, e.g. "Petitions", "Get IT help", etc. belong to "Common Requests" group and maybe others
What do you mean by show/hide request type based upon groups? You can easily change groups and what request types show under what group by going to - project > Project settings > Request Types. You can also hide request types from the portal altogether there as well.
