Users can view agile boards based on the underlying Filter of the board being shared with them. If you don't want the user to be able to view the board, modify the board's Filter Shares to exclude those who should not see the board.
In your post you mentioned also "hide all columns". If my above response doesn't address this, please provide more details about what you mean by that.
