Hiding Fix Version field from specific issue types in the same project or from different group

Under the same project, there are three issue types.

I'd like to hide Fix Version and Affects Version fields from two issue types, as they are not related to the issue types.

Or can I hide the fields from a user group?

you can use field configuration if you want to hide for all but if you intend to do so for a specific group, you need to use behavior plugin to achieve this.

If you want to hide fields for particular issue types --> can be done using field configuration scheme

Create/copy field configuration and associate it for those issue types in field configuration scheme and hide those fields in field configuration
