History of moved issues from one project to another project

Is there a way to filter issues that are currently in one project but moved to different project now?

I don't know about some in-built options to track issue movement between projects, but there is one case I can share with Issue History for Jira app developed by my team. 

How many tickets were moved from one Jira project to another? [Use case]

With Issue History for Jira, you can track the project field changes in a separate column.
