I'm using jira cloud for sheets to get jira datas.
Since yesterday May 14 2020 I'm getting the following message: "Hmmm... looks like we stumbled a bit, please try again or contact Atlassian support if the issue persists."
Could this be an authentication problem?
How could I fix it?

Permissions was not the issue for me. Instead, creating a new blank spreadsheet and running my JiraCloud query from there did the trick.

I try on my cloud instance and no issue. Have you tried with other filters? If it has to do with a particular filter, might want to check with Atlassian support.
