on Google spreadsheets we are trying to update the file with =JIRA ()function. but we are receiving Hmmm... looks like we stumbled a bit, please try again or contact Atlassian support message 

Checking other posts on the Community I saw that it could be an access issue. Can someone help me?

Hi @Laura La Rosa welcome to the community.  There is an open issue w/ Jira Cloud this AM.  I'm not sure if that's affecting you or not.  I'm not getting it, but if you look at status.atlassian.com, you can see more information regarding it.  I've seen other community articles with this same issue and it had something to do with the cloud.  

You could also contact support to see if your issue was caused by this Atlassian outage. On the status page they mention contacting support.  Atlassian Status
