Hi Umesh - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The only way to do that is to use the regular Link Issue function to connect the two issues.

Hi Umesh,

Out of the box, the only option you have is issue linking - though you can define the relationship between the issues you link in whatever way suits you best.
