I plan to renew our subscription for your services for one more year. We are currently running Confluence on our own servers. I'd like to run it on your servers. If I choose to use your servers for hosting: Confluence and Jira. Can I have custom URLs like: wiki.skycontrol.com, jira.skycontrol.com instead of example.atlassian.com and example.jira.com?

This is very important for us. Last time I've asked you didn't provide custom URLs.

i think you will need to get used to sth like "skycontrol.atlassian.com"

but if you're the admin of skycontrol.com there should be no problem for you to add some redirects
