Hosting servers for Jira Cloud

We will upgrade to Jira Cloud Premium version and I was wondering if it is possible to choose where the hosting servers can be located.

Atlassian does support self-serve for Standard and Premium plans as well that fall within certain eligibility criteria. Please have a look at this Data Residency Atlassian article for more details.
