Hover Text to be the Description of the corresponding field

Hi everyone,

Can anyone please help me with this.

Jira is currently configured to display the field name as the Hover Text when the cursor is placed on the field name on screen.

This adds no value since it just displays the info that is already visible.

It would be more useful for the Hover Text to be the Description of the corresponding field as this shows the User the function and/or purpose.

This would help educate Users to ensure better understanding and consistency of use.

There isn't any way I'm aware of to do something like this.
