How Can I automate the transition To Ready FOR QA

I have been trying to automate transition for this scenario 

For An Issue when all linked issues(the issue type are basic not subtasks) are DONE then move it to Ready For QA 
here is what I tried but did not work for me

Hi @nesrineZ  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is not going to work as you have it setup. You need something more defining for which issue needs to move - maybe a specific type of issue link or a particular field value for the issue that needs to transition.
