We have few team managed projects and few company managed projects. We have created few custom fields for company managed project which is similar name as in team managed project. When I search for this field using filters , it is showing up multiple results for each ticket. It is because of global custom fields . I want to restrict that fields for company managed only, How can I restrict that?
In the above picture you can see the required field for each ticket show 5 different values. I need only to this particular team managed ticket but due to global required for release fields I am having this issue. Do we have any work around to prevent it? I am using custom_field to filter for each project but it is tedious as I need the custom field for each project and search I need any other solution to prevent this. Thanks
