How Configure Logging Time Tempo Jira Cloud per user

Hello everyone, I would like to know if it is possible to configure the Tempo module "Logging Time", this as indicated in this manual allows us to configure the option "Maximum hours per day per user" but that it is global, as it can be. restricted, certain users can dedicate a maximum of 8 hours a day.
