I have set up an email domain and created email addresses in Atlassian Admin.
The emails section states;
Project admins can customize email notifications with these email addresses.
I am however not clear on how to do this. Where do I go to make these customizations?
Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,
Email notifications are based on Apache’s Velocity templates. Whether it’s adding some info to the header or footer, or shuffling around the contents of your emails, you can make a number of customizations to the templates and tailor the emails to your needs.
However, this is not possible to modify this on Jira Cloud.
I hope someone has a counter information but my researchs are clear. In JSM you can set customer notification but not more.
I would suggest you one workaround, remove all classic notifications, and make new ones with automation. not clean but it should work.
