How Do I Setup a Specific Screen for Sub-Tasks?

I would like to use the default screen scheme for my sub-tasks. For example, I created an Idea screen for users to submit this type of "issue", but when we create tasks for people on validating the idea; I want the screen to show the default issue type screen versus the custom one I create for my Idea Issue.

1. User creates Idea (user views custom idea issue type screen)

2. User creates prototype sub-task and assigns it to a person.

3. Assignee enters logged time and information required to complete the task (user views default issue type screen)

Am not sure whether I got your question right, but isn't this a direct case of customizing the Issue Type Screen Scheme as per your needs?

Renjith gave you the right pointer. You have to create your own screenscheme/screen for issue type idea in a new issue type screen scheme. This has to be a assigned to your project
