Boards are just a view on the issues being fetched by the underlying JQL. So you can create a new board based on the JQL you create which is fetching the issues which you want to see and that's all you need to do. The board will then display all the relevant issue, also make sure that in the "columns" section of the board configuraiton you have all the statuses properly mapped to the columns

It will not work on next-gen projects as currently you can't configure filters on next-gen projects
it's an open ticket in jira

seems would be better never use next gen for productive use. For my decision right now. let play other with the unfinish next gen solution. Thank you very much for your help.

Create a new board and change filter for the board so that it would selected all required issues. You can change the filter in board settings -> general
