How I could change background color/ text color of a user picker custom filed in view screen

Hello,

I need to highlight or change the background color/ text color of a user picker custom field. i'm using SIL scripts for that but I couldn't find such script for designing custom fields or changing colors.

Any one tried this before or it's not applicable without ad-ons?
