How I track all such users who do not have any assigned issues types

Dear All,

 I am not able to track who from my team is not assigned any work. The available gadget on the dashboard named workload pie chart only shows the workload for whom any issue types are assigned.

Let me know if there is any query or filter that can help me to take care of my problem.

Dear @Victor Mutambuki ,

Thank you for your response. I already referred to the suggested link with no luck. What I am looking for is to track all such users from my current project who is not working on anything. In other words, I want to track all such users(with workload zero) so that I can utilize them by distributing the workload from other heavily occupied users.
