How Stable is the JIRA REST API

Our JIRA Software (Server) instance is migrating from 6.4.13 to 7.0.11. There are partners who interface with our instance using the REST API.

 

Is there a changelog similar to the JIRA Java API change log (https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/latest-updates/preparing-for-jira-7-0/jira-7-0-api-changes) that would list changes to the JIRA REST API between versions?

Sorry there is nothing native built into the system for this.  Reading the release notes between the versions would assist with this effort.
